Collection, use and processing of personal and company data
By visiting www.dukta.com, certain data is automatically stored on our servers or on servers of services and products we obtain and/or have installed for system administration, statistical or backup purposes or for tracking purposes. These are:

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you have provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up enquiries. Information, deletion and correction
You can request information about your data stored by us at any time. To do so, please send an information request by e-mail to the address below. Together with the request, proof of identity must be sent to the same address. You have the right to request the deletion or correction of your data at any time. Of course, you are also entitled at any time to revoke your consent to the use or processing of personal data with effect for the future. To do so, please write to us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Stored data will be deleted by us when it is no longer required for the stated purpose. Regarding the deletion of data, it is important to note that we are subject to certain legal obligations which require us to retain certain data. We must comply with this obligation. If you wish to delete data that is subject to the legal obligation to retain data, the data will be blocked in our system and only used to fulfill the legal obligation to retain data. After expiry of the retention period, your request for deletion will be complied with.

When registering for the newsletter, you provide your email address and can optionally enter your name. Furthermore, your IP address and the date of registration are also stored during registration, the latter only for evidence purposes in the event of improper registration. We use the list provider MailChimp to send our newsletter. MailChimp is a service provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318 (“Rocket”). The data stored during registration is encrypted and transmitted to Rocket and stored by Rocket. After registration, MailChimp will send you an email to confirm your registration. Furthermore, MailChimp offers various analysis options on how the newsletters sent are opened and used, e.g. to how many users an email was sent, whether emails were rejected and whether users unsubscribed from the list after receiving an email. However, these analyses are only group-related and are not used by us for individual evaluation.
